Arrive in Kilimanjaro Airport, transfer to hotel in Moshi/Arusha for briefing. Drive to Machame Gate (1,800m), register, then trek through lush rainforest to Machame Camp (2,850m). Look for colobus monkeys and exotic birds.

- Afternoon: Rainforest trek (5-7 hrs)
- Evening: Camp setup & dinner
Ascend through moorland and heather zones to Shira Plateau (3,750m). Enjoy panoramic views of Kibo and distant Meru. Great acclimatization day with "climb high, sleep low" principle.
Hike across Shira Plateau to Lava Tower (4,630m) for high-altitude exposure, then descend to Barranco Camp (3,950m). Iconic Barranco Wall views and excellent acclimatization.
Climb the famous Barranco Wall (scrambling, not technical), then traverse the Southern Circuit to Karanga Valley (4,035m). Short day for rest and recovery before summit push.
Short trek to Barafu Camp (4,640m), the "base camp" for summit. Rest, eat, and prepare for midnight ascent. Early dinner and sleep to conserve energy.
Midnight start for Uhuru Peak (5,895m) via Stella Point. Sunrise at summit! Descend to Barafu for rest, then continue to Mweka Camp (3,100m). Long but triumphant day.
Final descent through rainforest to Mweka Gate. Celebrate with certificate presentation, then transfer to hotel in Moshi/Arusha for rest and celebration.
